| Dear BNC Directors,
In July of 2008 the BNC directors present at the ABLA convention in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, selected Cali, Colombia, as the host of ABLA in 2010. With that in mind, the Binational Center in Cali, the Centro Cultural Colombo Americano, invites you to look ahead in your calendar and to save the week of July 26 to 29, 2010, for the ABLA convention. We hope to have participants from every ABLA country as well as from the US State Department and Embassies. Over the next weeks and months we will be in contact with all of you to announce different aspects of the event and to invite your participation. For now, please save the dates: July 26 - 29, 2010.
